- Put all items in a plastic bag along with a "donation form" (available online or when you arrive). Tie the bag.
- Place your bag(s) in the designated locations at the church.
- Keep a copy of the form for your records.
- Volunteers will inventory the items collected and prepare credit vouchers that can be used to "purchase" school uniform items on Saturday, July 26th.
- If you do not plan to shop at the exchange, your donation will be tax deductible.
- The credit values and the prices of like items will be identical.
- The credit vouchers will have no actual cash value. Jackson Park will not pay cash for unused vouchers or for any clothing donations.
- Jackson Park will have no control over and cannot guarantee the availability of sizes or items. Sales will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If you have places donated uniforms in the collection boxes and filled out your donation form completely, including checking that you do want a credit voucher, your credit voucher will be held for you at the registration table on the day and during the hours of the exchange (Saturday, July 26th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.).
